Would you like the opportunity to engage with employers on how they are improving equality, diversity and inclusion in recruitment and the workplace? Take part in our Equality week sessions, 9-12 May.

Equality Week consist of a series of employer-led panel discussions and Q&As on the topics of race, disability and health conditions, gender and orientation, and social mobility. We will be inviting graduate employers from a range of industries to share how they're improving equality and diversity within their graduate recruitment processes and in the workplace.
The panel discussions will be followed by a Q&A and a chance to network with panellists.
What to expect
Topics to include, but not limited to:
- Equal opportunity in recruitment
- Asking for reasonable adjustments
- Equity and being valued in organisational culture
- Networks and peer support
- Removing barriers to progression opportunities
