At UCL Careers, we aim to constantly monitor the effectiveness of everything we offer for the benefit of all of our users.
If you've made use of any of our resources or services, please do tell us what you think of them so we can continue providing more of what you find useful or work to improve other areas where necessary.
One-to-one appointments and events
For any appointment or event booked through your myUCLCareers account, after attending, you will automatically be sent a feedback request form and we would encourage you to fill this in. It will simply ask whether it was useful or not and give you the opportunity to provide additional comments should you wish to. It can take as little as 30 seconds to complete and all feedback is valuable to us so please do click the link when you get the email.
General comments / suggestions
We'd also love to hear from you if you have any general thoughts on the different ways that UCL Careers currently supports you or could support you better in future. If you any praise, comments, suggestions or complaints about UCL Careers and what we do / offer that's not related to a specific event or appointment that you attended as above, please use the form below to submit any feedback you have.
Please note, this form should only be used to submit feedback on services / resources provided by UCL Careers. Do not use this form to provide feedback about your course, UCL academics, central library or IT services or any other UCL support services. Feedback on areas that have nothing to do with UCL Careers should be submitted via other, more relevant channels.
Your participation in surveys provides us with a greater understanding of what our students need and how we can better meet those needs. Plus, many of the surveys offer students the chance to win prizes, so don't delay and fill in one of the following surveys today!
