Meet the School of Management Team
- Kate Gault, Deputy Head
Kate is one of the Deputy Heads at UCL Careers and has specific responsibility for overseeing the Careers provision within UCL’s School of Management, across both Careers Consultant and Employer Engagement teams.
Kate’s background prior to working in higher education is in advertising. Here, she spent 10 years working both agency side and client side, leading the development of national campaigns for major brand, charity and government clients.

- Tina Whittle, Employer Engagement Officer
Tina works in partnership with Employers to deliver a programme of events for School of Management Msc students. Prior to UCL she worked for a recruitment consultancy firm where she was responsible for graduate and experienced hire recruitment.
- Liz Cook, Internships & Vacancies Officer [on maternity leave]
Liz works with Management Science students to support them with anything internship-related, including applications planning, internship search strategies, and how to maximise internship experiences. She also liaises with employers to create and promote internship experiences that are exclusive to Management Science students.
Prior to working at UCL, Liz has worked with university students, alumni and employers in a variety of capacities, providing applications guidance, running an internships programme, organising employer and alumni events, and managing an alumni mentorship programme. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
- Agne Rimkute, Careers Consultant
Agne is the dedicated Careers Consultant supporting BSci and MSci Management Science students’ in all aspects of their career development.
She comes from a Management Consulting background, with over 3 years of experience at EY. As a Management Consultant, she worked on both private and public sector clients. Her consulting experience includes working on Finance, Customer, Technology, Supply chain and Healthcare projects and involved working directly with EY directors, partners and senior management teams of global organisations.
- Mark De Freitas, Careers Consultant
Mark provides support to IMB students and has worked at UCL since 2012. Prior to this, Mark was a solicitor in the City. In addition to this, he has direct experience of a number of other sectors, including FMCG.
Mark holds qualifications in careers advice/guidance and has experience of working with a number of other departments at UCL. He has also worked for an educational charity in Central Europe.
- Felicity Brindle, Specialist Careers Consultant (PGT)
Felicity is a Specialist Careers Consultant, working with Postgraduate Students at UCL School of Management. Previously she worked at BlackRock Asset Management for 9.5 years as Head of Campus Recruitment and Graduate Programme, Investments Experienced Hire Recruitment Lead and as a HR Business Partner for the EMEA Client Business. Prior to that, she worked at McKinsey&Company Management Consultancy for 5.5 years in both their London and Middle East Offices, focused on Undergraduate, PhD and MBA recruitment. She also has experience in HR/Graduate Recruitment in both the Law and Media Sectors.
