About the project

The Mobilising Investment into Low Carbon Assets (MOBICA) project will serve as both a pilot and feasibility study into how actions and measures taken by the public sector can be effective at mobilising investments into low carbon assets. It is financed by the ClimateWorks Foundation, and by the Smart Prosperity Institute. The aim is to gain empirical and theoretically founded insights into how to kickstart and sustain the tremendous structural change required to transition modern economies onto a low emission, low pollution or “green” pathway.
