Harri Turnbull

Harri Turnbull is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Harri grew up in Hong Kong before moving to Loughborough University to study Geography, during which he spent a year in Budapest on an ERASMUS programme. Since graduating, Harri has been working in technology public relations and public affairs work, most recently at the trade association techUK where he ran the press office. This is where Harri developed keen interest in the intersection of policy and technology.
