Deveney Bazinet

Deveney Bazinet is a student in the 2021-22 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Deveney Bazinet
Deveney is a sustainable development practitioner, project manager, and human-centred design enthusiast from Toronto, Canada. She has a Bachelor’s degree in International Development Studies and Environment from McGill University and for five years was a leader in the international programs team at WE, a Toronto-based charity. Most recently, she worked as a Legal Coordinator at MaRS Discovery District, North America’s largest urban innovation hub.

In her work, Deveney brings a focus on equity, empathy, and meaningful collaboration. She is interested in using innovative policy and governance tools to address pressing social issues, particularly the issue of climate change.
