Darinka Yoli is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Darinka is a service designer. She studied industrial design in Chile and completed two diplomas related to innovation and digital communication. Over the last 11 years, Darinka has been working as a digital service designer both in the private and public sector. In the latter, she worked at Chilecompra (the Chilean Public Procurement System) as the Head of User Experience and Service Design Department. She is interested in digital transformation in the public sector and more broadly to improve the relationship between the State and citizens.
