Carlotta Maucher is a student in the 2020-21 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Carlotta is German but grew up in Spain. She did her Bachelors at UCL in Spanish with Management focussing on South American history, literature and politics. She plays football for UCL and was the Social Secretary for two years. She has little work experiences as she only finished her Bachelors this year, but spent a year working in Madrid in an advertising agency. Carlotta wants to work for a social enterprise that holds sustainable and ethical thinking as its key objectives. She is hoping to learn more about the shifting role of the government in shaping the market.
