Aidha Wardani

Chang Cheng is a student in the 2022-23 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).

Even before getting her bachelor’s degree in economics, Aidha already joined a research project team and worked closely with policy making process in her hometown, specifically in HIV/AIDS intervention programs. Due to her interest in public policy, she later served at the Ministry of National Development Planning, Republic of Indonesia. Her strong will to broaden her knowledge and skills in order to contribute to the improvement of the national development planning process in her country leads her to pursue MPA degree. Aidha puts a high interest in the assessment and evaluation methods, planning cycle, and also the importance of public management in the process of forming policy.
