Institute for Global Prosperity

At the UCL Institute for Global Prosperity, we educate the problem solvers of the future. Our degrees equip ambitious, entrepreneurial students with new approaches to prosperity, and we help them become transition leaders in their domains of interest.

The Global Prosperity MSc argues that in order to address today’s interconnected challenges of climate change, pandemics, livelihood security and human wellbeing, we must fundamentally reconceptualise what prosperity means and how it is designed and delivered. The programme offers the choice of two unique pathways- ‘Society and Livelihoods’ and People and Planet’.

The Prosperity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship MSc is an opportunity to examine entrepreneurship and innovation as vehicles for advancing sustainable global prosperity. The programme explores these transformative forces in our economy and society through theory, research, design, an applied project execution and dissertation. It embraces a critical and progressive view of transformative entrepreneurship, drawing on emergent theories of entrepreneurship, such as community-based enterprise and effectuation, as well as feminist perspectives and social impact.

Join our webinar to hear from the Programme Leads, Dr Matthew Davies and Dr Onya Idoko, about the programmes and to find out more about the sets of knowledge, training and networks offered, student life at UCL, and career opportunities once you've graduated. Dr Davies and Dr Idoko will be joined by former students and the Teaching Administrator on hand to take your questions.

If you would like to join the webinar, please contact igp@ucl.ac.uk and you will be sent the Zoom link. Those who have registered interest for the courses will automatically be sent details.
