Diversity and Inclusion are two of the most used and abused words in the workplace today. Few would dispute that they represent some of the greatest challenges facing leaders in the 21st Century workplace. Yet, there is little consensus on what it means or how it is to be achieved in a modern organisation. Here we will briefly explore the contemporary context of Diversity and Inclusion, the 3 biggest problems that organisations experience in their endeavours to become inclusive, and some insights into how an organisation can create an inclusive environment.
