The speaker

Claire Pritchard has been chair of the London Food Board since March 2018, having been a member of the Board since 2005. Claire is also Chief Executive of Greenwich Cooperative Development Agency (GCDA), a position she has held for more than a decade. She brings nearly 30 years' experience of the food sector to these roles having set up and run restaurants, developed training courses to help businesses sell healthier food, managed urban food-growing projects, and set up and run markets, community food access projects and fruit-and-veg box schemes. Claire has also worked extensively with local authorities and property developers all over London to make food better all across the capital.
