On the eve of LGBT+ history month, join B.Queer and LGBTQIA+ students, staff and allies from across The Bartlett Faculty for a meet up and visit to QUEER BRITAIN.

We will meet for tea, coffee and cakes at The Bartlett School of Architecture before travelling together to QUEER BRITAIN, the UK’s first and only LGBTQ+ museum. Located in Kings Cross, QUEER BRITAIN hosts an evolving exhibition featuring voices, objects and images from the worlds of activism, art, culture and social history that cover over 100 years of queer life.

Schedule

2:00-3:00pm GMT: Drop in any time during this hour for tea, coffee and cake in room 102, 22 Gordon Street (no registration required)

3:00-3:30pm GMT: Travel from 22 Gordon Street to Queer Britain either by walking or public transport*

3:30pm GMT: Visit QUEER BRITAIN - entry is free but please register here.

The schedule is flexible - you can join the meet-up or the QUEER BRITIAIN visit only, and people are welcome to travel to QUEER BRITAIN independently and meet us there, if preferred.
