Duties and Responsibilities

The Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Administrator to join the administrative team to support the activities of our Masters Programmes. They will provide effective support for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of taught postgraduate students throughout the duration of their programme, from enquiry to graduation.

They will support a wide range of processes including timetabling, organising assessments and maintaining student and programme records, delivering an outstanding customer service to prospective students, academic staff, students and alumni.

Key Requirements

Our ideal candidates must have excellent customer service, IT, organisation and prioritisation skills and will demonstrate an aptitude for completing diverse complex procedural tasks in a busy administrative environment.

This is a busy role, in a fast-paced environment, and the post holder is expected to be adaptable, quickly assimilate information and have strong use of initiative.

The role requires interaction with many people both internal and external to UCL, therefore a professional attitude, willingness to help and ability to remain tactful and assertive are required in order to execute the duties outlined.
