International Students
Information for prospective and current students from overseas.
How we support international students
We know that our international students have a lot more to organise than our home students, with visas to sort out before you get here, and many more regulations and responsibilities to understand once you arrive.
UCL has two designated departments to help prospective and current international students.
If you are applying to UCL
The International Office provides support for prospective international students who are considering to study at UCL.
It is a centre of expertise and advice for students from overseas, and provides you with information on a range of things including:
- immigration regulations
- sources of funding
- English language requirements
- tuition fees
You can find more information on the UCL International Office website.

Current students at UCL
The International Student Support department helps our current international students and those who are about to start their studies at UCL.
They can help you as much as possible with settling into the UCL community.
Their website will guide you through your journey as a learner at UCL.
