This exhibition is the result of international research by Enora Gandon at the UCL Institute of Archaeology. Taking wheel-throwing as a model study, her EC-funded Marie Curie Fellowship project aims to better understand the cultural transmission of craft skills. The photographs were taken on fieldwork in Nepal (Bhaktapur, Kathmandu district), Thailand (Muangkung, Chan Mai district), and Palestinian territories (Hebron).

All staff and students welcome!
The photographic panels will be available at the end of the exhibition. If you are interested in these, please contact e.gandon@ucl.ac.uk.
