The UCL Institute of Archaeology overlooks the gardens of Gordon Square. It is within a ten-minute walk of the British Museum, and in addition to UCL's own world class library collection, it is close to the other major collections including the Senate House Library and the British Library.
Please note that access to building, including the library, is by pre-arrangement for current staff and students only. The majority of Institute staff are working remotely in response to COVID-19 and should be contacted by email in the first instance. Requests for access to the building for specialist activities should be referred to the Facilities Manager.
