What characterised the early Iron Age settlements of the North Western Negev? And what was it like to live in a rural community at the edge of the desert, on the hinterland of urban Philistia? Come find out, through an exploration of finds from three key excavations in the region —Tell el-Far'ah South, Qubur el-Walaydah and Tell esh-Sharia.
The lecture will finish approximately 7:00 pm, followed by questions, then a wine reception; all welcome. Admission free without ticket.
