Quintijn Kat Publishes Article in Influential Journal

'Subordinate-State Agency and US Hegemony: Colombian Consent versus Bolivian Dissent' is the title of the article recently published by the International Studies Review, written by UCL Americas PhD candidate Quintijn Kat.
The strategies of subordinate states in hegemonic or asymmetrical relations have been widely studied by international relations scholars.
