Welcome to the New UCL Academic Manual

The UCL Academic Manual brings together in one location the academic regulations, policies and procedures applicable to all UCL taught and research students. It should be read in conjunction with the local regulations and Scheme of Award for each programme, available from programme and departmental websites and Moodle pages.

The 2016-17 Academic Manual applies to all new and continuing students from September 2016.

Please note that the 2015-16 academic session for many Masters programmes extends beyond September 2016. The 2015-16 Academic Manual will continue to apply to these students until they graduate or, for 2-year programmes, re-enrol on the 2016-17 academic session.
