Postgraduate Teaching Assistants

Postgraduate Teaching Assistants (PGTAs): Like most other departments at UCL, we recruit a number of postgraduate teaching assistants every year to contribute to teaching and support.

PGTA Support Staff

  • PGTA Tutor – Borja Legarra Herrero: the PGTA tutor provides training to new PGTAs and acts as a source of advice for any problems related to the position. In most cases, you can also usefully seek advice from the coordinator for the module on which you are teaching/line manager for the role you are undertaking.
  • PGTA Administrator Louisa Goldsmith: Louisa manages HR matters related to PGTA recruitment and is the first port of call for pay-related queries.
