Why Mumbai should get over its obsession with cars

Dr Harris is a Co-director of the UCL Urban Laboratory. He is also the convener of the MSc programme in Urban Studies and a lecturer in Geography at UCL. His research interests cover London, Mumbai and Buenos Aires.
