Based on two years of urban research through the 'lab' as an innovative institutional intermediary, this talk from Dr. Anant Maringanti will outline the challenges of engaging with non-academic stakeholders at different stages of research.

Anant Maringanti is Executive Director of Hyderabad Urban Lab, an innovative urban research initiative to bring together spatial data technologies and social sciences to bear on the concrete challenges of contemporary cities in India and elsewhere. He is also an urban geographer with wide ranging expertise in leading multi disciplinary research and education.
