Robotic Process Automation

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a form of technology that carries out repetitive, basic tasks across multiple applications. It is often used to undertake high volume, recurring tasks. Benefits to the Hub in this technology include:

  • Improved customer experience
  • Flexibility across the workforce
  • Processing can be done 24/7
  • Minimise error-prone processing
  • Increased compliance & audibility

Within the PS Hub we have been utilising RPA for over two years and have a number of processes running throughout HR Services and Accounts Payable.


DocuSign is a secure online portal which allows the sending, receiving, signing and editing of documents. This is a tool that we are implementing where applicable across the hub. This includes all areas of HR Services and a number of processes across Finance Services. DocuSign gives the PS Hub teams more visibility and control over the sending of documents and also offers an improved user experience for our customers.

The PS Hub on a weekly and monthly basis tracks a huge amount of data which helps us to review the services we offer.

We are currently working on a dashboard that can be shared with our stakeholders and customers.
