Working title of thesis: Polish home cooking and identity

Research: In addressing the question of "what changes have been taking place in Polish home cooking and foodways since Poland's EU accession in 2004 and how these reflect and affect changing understandings of Polish identity" I am researching Polish foodways both in Poland and the diaspora, as well as the general relationship between food and identity and, more specifically, national, ethnic and hybrid identities.
