Strategic Operating Plan
Each academic year, as part of UCL's planning process, SSEES produces a Strategic Operating Plan (SOP), which sets out our latest vision, priorities and plans. The SOP is presented to and discussed with the President & Provost and other members of the Senior Management Team (SMT).
The SOP seeks to articulate and detail the School's mission, size, shape, activities and future development, and was last significantly refreshed during the 2018/19 planning round.
