PEN Translates Award

English PEN has awarded Jantar Publishing a 'PEN Translates' grant for Peter Sherwood, Honorary Senior Research Associate at UCL SSEES, to translate 'Bar Code' by Hungarian author Krisztina Tóth into English.

Founder of Jantar Publishing and SSEES alumnus, Michael Blues Tate said, 'It is an honour for our little press to receive English PEN's continued support for our mission to bring innovative and compelling fiction from Central Europe to English-speaking readers.'
