Congratulations to Kaneshko Sangar!

Congratulations to Kaneshko Sangar, who has been awarded his PhD, after completing some minor changes. His thesis ‘Russia and the international struggle around Afghanistan 2001-2012: competition and co-operation in historical perspective‘ was supervised by Dr Pete Duncan and Professor Andrew Wilson. Professor Martyn Rady chaired the upgrade. Professor Geoffrey Hosking and Dr Natasha Kuhrt were the examiners.
