IMESS consortium meetings

SSEES was pleased to welcome our partners in the IMESS programme to London, in late October, for the IMESS Exam Board, Management meetings and the chance to meet the students who will be spending the second year of the programme with them next year, in Belgrade, Budapest, Helsinki, Krakow, Moscow, Prague or Tartu.

The Exam Board confirmed the degree awards for over 30 candidates from the 2011-2013 IMESS cohort and the external examiners again praised the outstanding quality of the work produced and the extent of cooperation within the consortium. The Management meetings discussed possible innovations and extensions to the programme, enhancements to marketing and recruitment strategies and programme finances. There are 65 students currently enrolled on the programme, 36 of whom are in the first year.
