To celebrate the launch of the first history of the Hungarian constitution to be published in English, several of the contributors including Professor Ferenc Horcher of the National University of Public Administration, Budapest, Martyn Rady, Masaryk Professor of Central European History, Thomas Lorman (SSEES) and Philip Barker (SSEES) will discuss the importance of this publication and the larger story of Hungary's constitutional development.  The discussion will be introduced by His Excellency, Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky, Hungary's Ambassador to the United Kingdom.
