In the presentation, I will illustrate the significance of subjective poverty line in the first section, and then explain how to construct the subjective poverty line in Mainland China in the second section, introduce the results of the empirical analysis on the rural, urban Chinese households in the third section, find out the factors that affect the vulnerability in the households in the fourth section, and provide with some suggestions based on the existed findings in the last section.
