Arnold McMillin will be 75 this month. A symposium is being held in the School of Slavonic and East
European Studies (SSEES), University College London (UCL), to mark the
occasion.
We are very happy to acknowledge the generous support of the Modern Humanities Research Association, the Association of Belarusians in Great Britain, the Anglo-Belarusian Society, the St Cyril’s Belarusian Church Centre, and the Francis Skaryna Belarusian Library and Museum in London.The Symposium will be held on Friday and Saturday 24-25 June in room 431-433, SSEES. Both sessions will start at 10am.
On Thursday 23 June there will be a concert (6pm, room 104, 1st floor, Bloomsbury Theatre, 15 Gordon Street, London WC1H 0AH) and reception (7.15pm, Masaryk Room, SSEES).
As well as colleagues and friends of Arnold’s from the UK, there will be participants from Belarus, Canada, Germany, Norway, Poland and the USA.
