Industrial Partnerships

Two start-ups (Blue Skies Space Ltd, SpaceFlux) have been created for the commercial exploitation of some of the activities supported by the Centre. These can no QuanteMolscribed as start-ups; both are on course to be businesses with multimillion pound turnovers. A third one (QuanteMol) has significantly grown.

Blue Skies Space has developed a new class of satellites to provide high-quality data to the global scientific community, transferring the benefits of new commercial space sector developments to academic research.

Quantemol offers scientific software and consultancy expertise in the field of plasma modelling and plasma chemistry design.

Quantemol was founded by Prof. Jonathan Tennyson FRS and Dr Daniel Brown in 2004. With an expanding research team, Quantemol also provides consultancy services, which are carried out by world leading scientists in their respective fields.
