Biography:

Andrew Barry is Professor of Human Geography and co-convenor of UCL Anthropocene. Andrew studied the History and Philosophy of Science at Cambridge University and has a DPhil in Science and Technology Policy Studies from the University of Sussex. His publications include 'Political Machines: Governing a Technological Society', 'Material Politics: Disputes along the Pipeline' and (co-ed with G Born) 'Interdisciplinarity: Reconfigurations of the Social and Natural Sciences'. He is currently writing a book on the geography of chemistry and is co-I of the project, 'Uneven Geographies of Vaccine Manufacturing in the Global South'.

Research Projects:

Andrew is currently co-I of the DFG funded project  ‘Uneven Geographies of Vaccine Manufacturing in the Global South’ (PI Prof Uli Beisel FU Berlin)
