Professor Emerita Phyllida Barlow has been shortlisted for the Hepworth Prize, a new £30,000 prize rewarding contemporary British sculpture. See www.hepworthwakefield.org and  www.theguardian.com. The Hepworth Prize for Sculpture exhibition, which features the four shortlisted artists, is showing at Hepworth Wakefield, Gallery Walk, Wakefield, West Yorkshire WF1 5AW, from 21 October 2016 to 19 February 2017.

Victoria Adam, Anna Bunting-Branch, David Donald, Georgia Lucas-Going, Zsofia Schweger and Jack West have been selected for this year's Bloomberg New Contemporaries. The exhibition will tour as follows:

We are delighted to announce that Sarabande Foundation are continuing to award Graduate Scholarships to Slade students for a further three years. The scholarship provides complete bursaries for both fees and subsistence, access to experts from creative industries and interaction with Sarabande patrons. After students have completed their course, scholars are also offered a studio space at Sarabande HQ to continue their practise and relationship with creatives affiliated with Sarabande as they start their careers.

In addition, Sarabande will also be awarding a £500 bursary to a final year student, to help them go above and beyond with their work before their final show.
