Safety training: assessing your state of health
For the safety of yourself and others, you should consider your current state of health before undertaking a safety training course.
Questions to consider
If any of the conditions described below affect you or you have any concerns about your general health, you are strongly advised to consult your GP.
Do any of these statements apply to you?
I have a health problem at the present time |
I am taking prescribed medication |
I am pregnant |
Do you have/have you ever had any of the following conditions?
Back, neck or knee problems |
Rupture or hernia |
High blood pressure or heart disease |
Asthma, bronchitis, chest problems |
Blackouts, epilepsy, seizures |
