IMPORTANT: Risk assessment expiry notifications via riskNET

Important update regarding expiry notifications

We understand the importance of staying informed about expiring risk assessments and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

A fix will be applied to the system on Friday 1 March 2024 at 6.00 pm. This will ensure that email notifications are sent as intended moving forward.

Action required

For risk assessments that expired during the time notifications were not being sent:

• For Assessors/Approvers who were not notified: We will be sending individual emails to those who were not notified of an expiring risk assessment they are associated with.

• For expired risk assessments: If the expired risk assessment needs to be reviewed and updated (with the same reference number and a new version number), do not copy the assessment. Instead, please email risknet.help@ucl.ac.uk with your request, specifying the reference number of the expired assessment.
