Three Career-Focused IRDR Enterprise Workshops are an essential complement to our academic programmes. It enables students to identify their career goals and get best prepared to achieve them. This is the third of the 3 workshops.
Overview
This workshop will be led by Emily Warburton-Brown, a Resilience Analyst at Canary Wharf Group plc. Emily is an alumna of UCL IRDR (Risk, Disaster and Resilience MSc 2015-17) with experience in organisational and corporate resilience.
During the two-hour workshop, she will give an overview of how business continuity and all incidents across the Canary Wharf Estate are managed, present a case of a hazard/ incident in this environment and lead the students to work out how the estate can continue its operations and limit the impacts of such hazards/ incidents.
It is currently only open to IRDR students, but will be opened up across UCL from 20th November if there are still spaces available then. Please register via email to irdr-enterprise@ucl.ac.uk with email subject "Enterprise Workshop 3 booking"
