As a member of UCL's research community, find out how you can get involved in developing our research culture.

Ways to get involved
Community Steering Group
The Research Culture Community Steering Group (CSG) is made up a cross-section of UCL's research community and is chaired by Dr Natalie Marchant. It plays a vital part in overseeing the development and operationalisation of activity to support a healthy and sustainable research culture at UCL.
The CSG provides insights and advice and responds to recommendations from the Research Culture Programme Board to enable successful delivery of the Research Culture Roadmap. The Roadmap has been created in partnership with the research community and outlines our vision for enhancing UCL's research culture.
Connect with your faculty Core member
Each faculty has a dedicated CSG Core member(s) to represent their faculty and engage with the Research Culture programme at regular meetings. Reach out to them to share ideas, collaborate on projects, or learn more about activities in your area.
