Research and Innovation Services Easter deadlines

To support applications during the UCL Easter Closure we have put in place a timetable for staff planning to submit a research proposal.
Over the Easter period, UCL will be closed from 5pm on Wednesday 27 March 2024, and will re-open at 9am on Thursday 4 April 2024.
For anyone planning to submit a funding proposal during this period, to allow teams to work as closely as possible to our commitment of providing approval within 5 working days, please note our Award Services deadlines below:
- For proposals to be checked and submitted before or just after UCL's Easter closure period (4/5 April 2024), locally approved Worktribe must be with our Pre-Award team by close of business on Monday 25 March 2024
- Proposals due to be submitted via an online funder portal must be on the portal for approval by Pre-Award at least 2 working days before the external deadline
- If the deadline falls over the UCL Easter closure period or on 4/5 April 2024, the proposal should be submitted for approval no later than Monday 25 March 2024.
The submission of applications will be prioritised over award set-up during this time.
