Synopsis


Omega Centre Consultants were invited by the Maltese Ministry for European Affairs and Equality (MEAE), to develop a Policy Led Multi Criteria Analysis (PLMCA) approach to aid with decision making across a series of proposed heritage asset development projects in Malta. The OMEGA team built upon some pre-existing in house appraisal methods to include a new set of procedures to incorporate more qualitative aspects of heritage projects into the decision making process.
