Careers Week: Career Management under Covid

Join Dasha Amrom of Career Coaching ventures to explore the key career challenges facing UK and international candidates in the context of the Covid pandemic and the increased competition for jobs that has emerged within leading industries (including consulting, banking, marketing, research). You will investigate practical strategies for overcoming these challenges to gain a competitive edge under these unprecedented circumstances. The discussion will include advice CV and Cover Letter adjustments in light of the new circumstances, alternative approaches to job search to gain traction and a number of other pertinent issues. The session will comprise of a 50-minute lecture followed by about 30 minutes for questions. This will be part of the basis for the practical session on Wednesday.

She has worked in consultancy, marketing, and sales for over 13 years for many large international companies and has assisted many entrepreneurs in their social digital marketing and branding strategies and sales training of their employees. She specializes in supporting CV and cover letter writing and coaches on the most effective interview techniques.
