A message from the organisers: Dr Melanie Garson and Hilary Moor

Melanie and Hilary
We are excited to be bringing you this week of events that we hope will be the first of many at the Department. The survival mode and challenges that many of have been operating under over the last few months has sometimes made it difficult to see an optimistic path forward, so we thought that it was time to reinvigorate our vision of the very many ways your studies in political science can contribute to the brighter future we seek.

With the theme #InspiringPolitics we have put together a week of incredible speakers from a wide variety of backgrounds, skills & development workshops, panels with our remarkable alumni who have gone on to help shape the world in a variety of ways, and opportunities to step into the future networking on our own virtual reality platform #29TaVIRstock Square.

We hope that in this week you will discover ideas and avenues that you may not have previously considered, the knowledge that there are many places for your talents in the marketplace, and the skills to march forward into that marketplace confidently.

Please register early and have a fantastic Careers Week!
