Automatic notifications for mandatory training

When an existing certificate expires, staff will automatically be enrolled onto the training programme for any courses they need to retake. Once the training has been completed a certificate will automatically be generated containing a new expiry date. Staff must complete the entire training programme (including the feedback section) before a new certificate can be generated.

Use Inside UCL - the staff app, to keep up to date with your mandatory training record and access your courses. Its quick and easy and you don't have to be connected to the UCL network.

Note: You can access the course content as much as needed, however, relaunching the course prior to the expiration of an existing certificate will not generate a new certificate.
