Front Quad to partially close for two weeks from 10 until 25 August

Access to building entrances in the Quad will be maintained with specific allocated routes from the main gate: 

• Access to the Wilkins Building and South Wing will be via the North Cloisters only.  

• The south-east corner entrance to the Chadwick Building and South Wing will be closed.

To get to the rest of campus please use alternative routes i.e. via Malet Place or the Student Centre entrance. Disabled pedestrian/wheelchair access will be maintained but disabled car parking will not be available in the Quad. Parking with disability access is available five minutes away on Woburn Square. Parking spaces are limited so please reserve a space by using the parking booking form (Step 2).

It will not be possible to remain in the Quad to socialise or study, and we would not recommend taking any long-planned photos. The coffee stall on the Quad will also be closed during this time.
