New Data Retention Schedule published

Following an extensive review, the new data retention schedule is now available to view online. The new schedule can be accessed via the Records Retention webpage.

The data retention schedule is a document mandated by data protection legislation that sets out how long UCL will retain information. The schedule applies to all paper and electronic records irrespective of storage location.

The new schedule replaces the previous UCL retention schedule. Colleagues are requested to update any links or references to reflect the new schedule.
