Key Logistics changes at UCL

Wilson James, our former construction logistics provider, ceased business with UCL as of 30 August 2019. Following this key change, we now have a new Logistics Service in operation.

Key Logistics changes at UCL

The Logistics Team will manage the following services:

  • Vehicle access, including deliveries, parking and unloading across the main Bloomsbury site
  • Woburn Square parking bays, in partnership with UCL Security
  • Requests for space, including project officer requests for the use of hoarding, scaffold, skips or compounds
  • Requests for long and short term storage.

Project space requests can be applied for here, while vehicle access, including deliveries and parking requests should be applied for via this webpage.

We will continue to use the existing logistics zone until the new Logistics Centre at the Institute of Education opens later this year.

Two briefing sessions took place on 30th August in Bidborough House, with further follow up sessions introducing the new service to be held in the next few weeks. If you have any queries in the meantime, please get in touch.
