Share your ideas with the Improvement Board

The Improvement Board has set itself a challenge of making a real difference at UCL by making it easier for you to do your job and add value.

At the Professional Services Conference in June, we launched One Professional Services (One PS). One PS is a commitment to UCL’s professional services working together to solve challenges and make UCL a great place to work.

One of the ways we are working towards this is by encouraging colleagues across UCL to help unblock processes that may cause frustration or take longer than they really should. 

Since the Improvement Board launched we have heard from colleagues across UCL with ideas from Maternity Mentors, to away day toolkits, to making the expenses claim process easier to navigate. 

Progress is being made and we will share our successes when they happen.
