Natalie Conway appointed as Director of UCL’s Professional Services (PS) Hub

The PS Hub is a key initiative of the Transforming Our Professional Services (TOPS) programme, bringing together around 120 staff delivering a range of services across Human Resources, Finance, Communications and Marketing, Information Services Division, Estates, and Student and Registry Services.

Natalie told us: “The overall vision behind us moving to the PS Hub is that by working more closely together we can improve service quality across the UCL community and support colleagues by providing aligned and customer-focused services from one location.

I’m delighted to be taking on this exciting project and working with you all to deliver such an important element of the broader professional services transformation taking place across UCL.”
