Healthcare scheme: opening of medical history disregarded window
18 November 2015
Last year UCL launched a new voluntary healthcare scheme, which allows employees to take advantage of highly discounted medical insurance, should they wish to do so.
AXA PPP has also offered UCL staff another limited opportunity to join the Premier and Key plans on a Medical History Disregarded basis from the 23 November until the end of January. This means that if you have a historical medical condition you may still be covered for it so long as you do not have any planned treatment. After this period staff will be able to join the scheme at anytime, but the Medical History Disregarded option will no longer be available. For full terms and further information please call AXA on 0800 0321 950, quoting reference 96369.
We hope to arrange a time for a representative from the scheme provider to visit UCL and take any questions you may have, details will follow shortly.
More information about the four plans available can be found here and on the UCL Employee Benefits page. Please contact Mark Rice (email@example.com) - Reward Manager in the HR Division if you have any questions about your benefits provision.
